…I did write the majority of the stuff in Blur and in the studio played the stuff, but on stage I was always just a frontman really.. and the gap between Graham’s musicianship and mine now is ridiculous, he’s so… he’s just spent twenty years playing the guitar and he’s just incredible.

NME: Can you see the band gearing up again?
Graham: The Blur thing… everyone’s gone back to their day jobs and Damon’s really involved with Gorillaz stuff, so that’s obviously taking up a lot of his time and energy. But I’m sort of open to suggestions as far as next year goes.
